FAIR BOARD

The Fair Board advises on the operations the Benton County Event Center & Fairgrounds and the annual Benton County Fair & Rodeo through a Memorandum of Agreement with the Board of Commissioners. The seven volunteer members of the Fair Board are appointed by the Board of Commissioners. Fair Board meetings are held monthly on the third Monday of the month at 6:00 pm (unless rescheduled due to holidays and the County Fair).

The Fair Board maintains six sub-committees, consisting of at least one Fair Board member and various community volunteers. These sub-committees support the work of the Fair Board by focusing on specific programs and initiatives. Members of the public are welcome to contact the Event Center Office to be considered for membership on a sub-committee.

FAIR FOUNDATION

The Benton County Fairgrounds Foundation was established in April 1999 for the purpose of preserving the proud agrarian heritage of Benton County with a focus on our youth. The foundation provides a means for funding improvements to the Benton County Event Center & Fairgrounds in order to create an inviting atmosphere as a gathering place for the urban and rural citizens of Benton County.

The Benton County Fairgrounds Foundation is filed a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit corporation with the Federal Government and is subject to pertinent IRS regulations. The Federal Identification Number is: 93-1255130.


GIVING TREE

Leave your permanent mark at the fairgrounds! Through your generous donation you can add a personalized leaf to the Giving Tree. Purchasing a leaf is a great opportunity to honor a family member or loved one, pay tribute to a favorite mentor, or celebrate your passion for the fairgrounds. Proceeds from the Giving Tree support the important work of the Fair Foundation.

Cash Gifts

In-Kind Gifts
