Changes are underway at the Outdoor Arena as old bleachers have been removed. Rental bleachers were brought in for the Fair & Rodeo.

RATES – THESE ARE THE STANDARD RATES THAN CAN BE DISCOUNTED BY 30% FOR NON-PROFITS (501c)

  • Monday-Thursday Single Day – $350
  • Friday-Sunday Single Day – $610
  • Holding/prep day - $140
  • Refundable Deposits vary depending on event type, please ask when booking.
  • Deposit is $500

Ticketed Events are charged $3.50/person or capped at $3150 and must be negotiated with the Manager.

All events serving or selling alcohol MUST work with Oregon Beverage Service – 503-362-3391 or www.oregonbeverage.com - new alcohol policy for 2018 to be posted soon.

Refundable Deposits are determined after the cleaning and damage assessment is complete. Refund Checks are mailed the week after the event takes place.

  • Group Ride – $66.00/hr with 2 hr Minimum - $132

INSURANCE

For all events at the Benton County Fairgrounds, you must have insurance. Benton County requires evidence of general liability insurance, including a copy of the endorsement adding Benton County, Benton County Fair Board, its officers and employees as additional insured. The minimum limits of liability shall be:$1,000,000 per occurance for each bodily injury and property damage.
