WELCOME to Benton Oaks RV & Campground!
Wi-Fi, bathroom and laundry codes will be provided by the camp host or fairgrounds office upon check-in. Camp Hosts: Terry and Tracey Brown, Space A 10, 541-207-8194.
The camp host will ensure an enjoyable stay for all by enforcing the following rules:
Check in time is 2:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 noon
The maximum number of RV's per site is one; the maximum number of vehicles is two. Sites should not exceed 6 people each.
Camp Site: We reserve the right to change site bookings. We will try our best to place you in the site that you request; however, occasionally adjustments have to be made to accomodate special needs. Please keep your campsite clean and free of debris and clutter. Trash is to be disposed of in the dumpster and recycling container at the edge of the RV Park (behind A 11). Mechanical work on vehicles is not allowed. Current license plates must be maintained on your RV. Your motor home/trailer must be fully functional and able to be moved if necessary. Proper sewer connections must be maintained or a tank attached and dumped regularly (if you are in a Power & Water Only site). In full service sites, RVs must pull through or back into a space so that the driver's side of the vehicle faces the sewer hook-up. Cars left unattended in RV sites are subject to tow at the ower's expense. RVs with levelers must use blocks; the camp host can loan blocks if needed.
Tent Camping: Tent Camping is limited to Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend with a five-night maximum stay, unless prior arrangments have been made with the Camp Host.
Children: Campers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. After 9:00 pm, children should be at their assigned site.
Pets must be kept on a leash or inside a vehicle. Do not leave your pet unattended at your camp site. A pet walking area is located at the north fence. Campers are responsible for removal and disposal of pet waste. Do not let your pets make noise at night or become a nuisance to others. All vaccinations must be up-to-date and dogs must display current registration tags.
Restrooms and showers are for use by paying campers only the Camp Host will give you the code for entering. Non-guests pay $5 per shower. Let us know if these facilities need service. Please do not wash clothes or dishes in the restrooms. Gray water receptacles are located in the camping area.
Laundry Facilities are for paying campers only; the Camp Host will give you the code for entering. Washing pet bedding, blankets and equipment is not allowed.
Please Protect the Oaks.Vehicles must stay out from under oak trees out to the drip line of the branches, except on roadways or in designated camp spaces. The root system of these trees is fragile and is damaged by the weight of vehicles.
Please keep your camp clean and free of debris and clutter. Tarps are not allowed as tents or covers. Please use the trash receptacles provided. Mechanical work on vehicles is not allowed. Current license plates must be maintained on your RV. Your motor home must be fully functional and able to be moved if necessary. Proper Sewer connection must be maintained or a tank attached and dumped regularly (if in Overflow). Monthly campers, please take you garbage to the dumpster behind the auditorium. Commingled recycling is also located by the dumpster. Plastics with the recycling triangle, news and office paper, tin and aluminum are all acceptable. Glass is NOT acceptable in the Commingled recycling.
Fires are allowed only in fire pits on cylinder blocks. Charcoal grills are allowed.
Benton County Property (Including Benton Oaks) is tobacco-free. Firearms and Fireworks are prohibited.
Activities occasionally occur on the Fairgrounds that may interfere or conflict with camping. Please be aware of these activities, as we do not refund camp fees if you later decide that your visit is being disturbed.
Privacy and quiet, aside from the normal Fairgrounds noise, is important. Please respect other campers. Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Dump Station is for paying guests. The fee for non-guests is $5.00 per dump.
Cancellation Policy: We require a 24-hour notice for RV space cancellations.
Rates:Fees are payable in advance, or within one hour after you arrive.
- RV: $39.50/night.
- OSU Home games: $120/weekend for the two night minimum.
- Overflow (power & water only) with access to the dump station prior to leaving: $35/night.
- Overflow for OSU Home game weekends are $100/weekend.
- Dry Camping is no longer offered.
- Weekly rate is $235.
- Monthly rate is $575 ($605/mo beginningOctober 1) . Monthly spaces available December-June 15. Extended stay guests are limited to six-month duration and four occupants.
- Tent - $25/night/tent of 4 or less. Tent camping is limited to Memorial Day through Labor Day with a five night maximum.
- 24-Hour Cancellation Policy; $15 Cancellation Fee; no charge to reschedule a paid reservation.
