Benton County Fairgrounds – Facilities & Rentals
We strive to offer affordable rentals for our customers and in doing so offer multiple levels of service from do-it yourself to full service event set-up and teardown. Please contact us to discuss your facilities rental needs.

All concerts are negotiated with the Fairgrounds Manager; call Lonny Wunder at 541-766-6090.
Weddings
Wedding Planning (PDF)

Insurance
Insurance Guidelines (PDF) – You must have insurance! Need event insurance? Here are some options:
- TULIP – County sponsored Tenant User Liability Program. Enter this facility code: 0501-A87

- Gales Creek Special Events Division
Event Security
All events serving alcohol (during any hours) and/or providing amplified sound/music after 9 pm must contract Event Security. The security fee is determined by the type and size of the event. The preferred security company is CYA at 541-973-7997. For events with amplified music ending after 9 pm and celebrating a minor, two extra security personnel are required. For public events selling alcohol and using OLCC alcohol monitors the number of security staff required may be negotiable in advance.
