Guidelines for a safe, fun event at the Benton County Fairgrounds
Need event insurance? Here are two self-service options:
K& K Insurance Group or Arizona Central Insurance or ask the Fairgrounds for Tenant User Liablity Insurance offered by City County Insurance Services.
Event Security - As of 9/1/11, All events serving alcohol (during any hours) and/or providing amplified sound/music after 9 PM must pay an Event Security Fee. The Security for events will be appointed by the Benton County Fairgrounds. The Security Fee is deterined by the type and size of the event. Please contact administrative staff about the Security fee. For public events selling alcohol and using OLCC alcohol monitors the number of security staff required may be negotiable in advance.
