Benton County Fairgrounds Facilities – The Carriage House

The Carriage House is the two-story building which is located in the Northeast corner of the Fairgrounds. It is one of our most rented facilities and is home to our Fair Office during the summer. Rental of the Carriage House can include usage of the 84' covered picnic table for an additional $30.00 for events not serving alcohol or $50 for events serving alcohol.

Private Party Use

Private Party w/Alcohol Daily Rate: $350

Refundable Deposits vary based on type of event, please ask when booking.
