About the Committees
The Benton County Fair Board has four standing committees; Executive, Facilities, Fair, and Business Development. With the exception of the Executive Committee, all have representatives from the community as well as Fair Board members. The Committees forward recommendations to the Board after addressing the issues of focus. Each year, the Committees file Work Plans that guide their course of action.
Facilities Committee Members

George Abele, Chair, Kay Dee Cole Fair Board representatives, Lonny Wunder, Fair Manager, Lee Parrish, Deb Crisman, Nellie Oehler, Joann Wiser, Tracy Byers. Dottie Ferral, Scott Culver, Dena Oakes and Tammy Skubinnna.
Business Development Committee Members
Mike Corwin, Chair, Eric Thompson & Bruce Ashenbrenner, Fair Board Representatives; Community Members: Cynthia Stevenson, Mary Bentley, Bre Kerkvliet, Brenda Vandervelder and Bobby Samai.
Note: At the December 2007 Fair Board meeting, the Long Range Planning Committee (LRP Committee) was disbanded; members were asked to join another Fairgrounds Fair Board Committee.
